How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are usually shipped within 3 to 5 business days after the purchase is confirmed.

In some cases, if the product must be ordered from the factory or supplier, the deadline may be extended to 7 working days or more .

Once your order leaves our facilities, you will receive a tracking number so you can check the shipment status.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 30 calendar days from when you receive your order to request a return without needing to justify the reason.

To accept the return, the product must:

  • To be unused
  • To be in perfect condition
  • Keep in its original packaging

If the reason for the return is because the product is defective or arrived damaged , Zoovify will cover the return shipping costs .

If the return is due to a change of size, product exchange, or because you no longer want it , the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer .

Do you ship to the Canary Islands?

Yes, we ship to all of Spain.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla , shipping costs and any applicable customs fees may vary. Therefore, we recommend contacting our team before placing your order to inquire about costs and conditions.
